What is the Con Ed Clean Heat program?
It's Con Edison's part of the NYS Clean Heat program. It pays rebates to homeowners who switch to electric heat pumps. To qualify, Con Edison requires the old boiler to be removed, and we handle that as part of the install. We confirm your rebate before you sign.
What's a ductless mini-split?
A heat pump with a slim indoor unit on the wall and a compact unit outside. It heats in winter and cools in summer, and each room can be set to its own temperature. No ductwork needed.
How does $0 down work?
Financing is available with approved credit, with no prepayment penalty. The $99 a month example is based on about $13,385 financed at 4% fixed APR for 15 years. Your payment depends on your system and rebate.
What is EmPower+?
A New York State program run by NYSERDA that can pay for insulation and air sealing for income-eligible homeowners. Households on SNAP, HEAP or SSI often qualify automatically. NYSERDA makes the final decision, and we help you apply.
