Roofing for NYC, Long Island, Westchester & Upstate homes

A roof built for a lifetime.

Our roofers install Owens Corning and GAF roofing. Repair or replace it once, insulate it while it's open, and make it ready for solar.

Flat roofs

Rowhouses, brownstones and any home with a low-slope roof.

Shingled roofs

Pitched roofs across NYC, Long Island, Westchester and Upstate.

Roof insulation

Done while the roof is open, so you keep the heat you pay for.

Solar-ready

Timed so panels go on a new roof, not an old one.

Signs it's time to call

  • Leaks, stains on the top-floor ceiling, or ponding water
  • Blistering, cracking or lots of old patches
  • A roof 15 or more years old

Common questions.

Repair or replace: how do I know?

If the damage is in one area and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair is usually enough. If it's old, leaking in several places or has been patched many times, replacing it costs less over time.

Should I replace my roof before solar?

If it's near the end of its life, yes. Panels have to come off for a later roof job, which adds cost. Doing the roof first means panels go on a roof that will outlast them. See our solar page.

Can you add insulation at the same time?

Yes, and it's the cheapest time to do it. While the roof is open we can insulate the roof cavity so the top floor stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Do you work on landmarked homes?

Yes. We handle the Landmarks Preservation Commission approval when the work needs it.
